* A young male football player (21 years and below) Therefore Rooney and Ronaldo is out. So do Miley Cyrus and Daniel Radcliffe.
* A very good prospect for the future (even if he is already great now, like Messi or Benzema). Past glories don't count, so forget Gazza. Or Owen.
* Either plays regularly at the club level OR in represents country regularly, especially in any international junior (or in advanced cases, senior) competitions like Euro U-21. Street soccer and futsal don't count.
* Must still be in the club where he graduated from (Obi Mikel is out, Fabregas can be debated).
